摘要: Asthma and atopy are complex phenotypes that influenced by both genetic environmental factors. A review of nearly 500 papers on disease association studies identified 25 genes have been associated with an asthma or phenotype in six more populations. An additional 54 2-5 Here, we discuss the methods used to identify susceptibility for common diseases overview status research. Finally, current challenges future directions discussed.
