摘要: Sudden, unexpected cardiac death in the age group 1 to 21 years usually is due myocarditis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, aortic valvar stenosis, and coronary arterial abnormalities. The hearts of 70 patients <21 who died suddenly were reviewed. Twenty <1 year 50 old. findings compared with those 68 age-matched controls known disease did not die suddenly. Significant abnormalities present 13 (65%) 20 infants; 10 (50%) had anomalies origin arteries. Among older patients, found 40 (80%), among whom existed 12 (24%). Anomalies more frequently involved left main than right artery both groups.
