Secondary ( ) physical performance set standardized tests (beep test, 20-m linear sprint, chin-up hanging sit-ups counter movement jump sit-n-reach test); b (response time response accuracy); c positive negative affect. Differences between groups tested mixed between-within subject analyses variance. Results conclusions Thirty-five 40 the group, respectively, completed study. showed that did improve habits, top already good habits. However, these findings give us knowledge about this population is importance when designing future studies.
