摘要: Background.— Migraine is a highly prevalent chronic disorder associated with significant morbidity. Chronic daily headache syndromes, while less common, are likely to be recognized, and impair quality of life an even greater extent than episodic migraine. A variety screening diagnostic tools for migraine have been proposed studied. Few investigators developed evaluated computerized programs diagnose headache. Objectives.— To develop determine the accuracy utility assessment tool (CHAT). CHAT was designed identify all major primary disorders, distinguish from types, recognize medication overuse.
