摘要: Clinical decision support system (CDSS) is an effective tool for improving healthcare quality. Since the clinical symptoms of some primary headache disorders in individual patients often overlap and that ill-defined boundaries features may be vague, current rule-based CDSS cannot perform as well expected. In this paper, we develop a disorder diagnosis based on case-based reasoning order to simulate specialist's thinking process. First, new case evaluated by reasoning, rules come from guideline; second, if was unable get accurate answer, will find most similar library similarity matching. particular, define calculating method headaches case. The final results show proposed approach improves diagnostic accuracy dramatically compared systems.
