摘要: Abstract A novel non-electrode plasma electrolysis technique was developed in the paper order to rapidly prepare a coating on graphite. The mainly composed of SiO2 with thickness ~ 7 µm. small amount SiC also detected coating. exhibited superior oxidation resistance at 1000 °C air, evidenced by visible polishing marks, smooth surface and much decreased roughness from 120 µm 50 µm. simulation thermal effects conducted establish formation mechanism We believe that will find wide range applications preparing high-performance graphite its composites.
