摘要: The present investigation reports polymer topology design principle for programming the enzymatic biodegradation and delivery of anticancer drugs at intracellular compartments breast cervical cancers. To accomplish this goal, new classes biodegradable amphiphilic block random copolymers based on hydrophilic carboxylic-functionalized polycaprolactone (CPCL) hydrophobic (PCL) units were designed via ring-opening polymerization methodology. interchain interactions their packing directly controlled by polymers, found to be as semicrystalline materials. These polymers readily dispersible in water, they self-assembled into <200 nm nanoparticles. nanoparticles exhibited excellent capability loading drug doxorubicin (DOX) pocket.
