摘要: Tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRACP) is an enzyme that expressed in high amounts by bone resorbing osteoclasts, inflammatory macrophages and dendritic cells. Two forms of TRACP circulate human blood, 5a derived from cells, 5b osteoclasts. Recent data have demonstrated the utility as a marker osteoclast number resorption, serum conditions. This review summarizes scientific knowledge on role osteoclastic mechanism generation osteoclasts its secretion into blood circulation, methodology measuring 5b, diagnostic evidence for use resorption marker, characteristics compared to other commonly used turnover markers.
