摘要: AbstractHaemorrhagic factors were purified from many snake venoms belong to Crotalid and Viperid snakes, they characterized. These results indicate that are metalloproteinases, divided into four groups by their molecular weights domain compositions, such as small(15∼30 kDa), medium (30∼50 large (50∼80 kDa) extra (>80 kDa). And enzymatic properties differed each other. Antihaemorrhagic the serum of venomous, non-venomous warm-blooded animals, In this review, we describe these haemorrhagic antihaemorrhagic factors.
