摘要: Hintergrund Die Lebenserwartung nach einem generalisierten schweren Trauma wird haufig durch den initialen Verlust groser Blutmengen und der sekundaren Inzidenz einer Sepsis eines Multiorganversagens (MOV) limitiert. Die mogliche Bedeutung Lebertraumas als unabhangiger Letalitatsfaktor bei polytraumatisierten Patienten ist bisher am grosen Patientenkollektiv nicht genau untersucht.
