摘要: Abstract Homogeneous unilamellar liposomes consisting of lecithin and cholesterol in a molar ratio 3:1 were produced using detergent dialysis technique. The water-soluble blue dye Isosulfan was subsequently incorporated into these liposomes. For vitro stability tests, 111-Indium identical lipid composition. Stability the lymph excised nodes examined gamma-ray angular correlation spectroscopy. final liposome solution, 32 mg/ml 2.7 dye, used dog experiments. lymphatic uptake after subcutaneous (s.c.) injection not satisfactory. Only slight staining with concentrations between 3.5 15 μg/g occurred.Intensive was, however, achieved by endolymphatic 4 ml suspension. Dye content 99, 122, 281 tissue paraaortal, pelvic, or popliteal nodes, respectively. reduction time from 1 to 0.5 h resulted elevated paraaortal (110 μg/g). intravenous infusion pad massage led accessory spillover its nodes. here are suitable for preoperative node staining. They increase radicality selectivity lymphonodectomy. described method is also local treatment replacing drugs, preferably cytostatics.
