摘要: The start-up of a two phase cooling system is complex transient phenomenon especially for the mechanically pumped loop (MPCL) which now promising thermal control method efficiently extracting heat from large electronic equipments. In this paper design and work principle as well test setup MPCL presented processes are studied. Experiments on under variety conditions were conducted. Special attention has been paid to startups in different evaporative temperature variable mass flow or heating load some abnormal pre-history. exchange between main accumulator was observed discussed according patterns, have identified pre-condition pump start-up. During presents good stability each part performs reasonable wave except superheat phenomena evaporator. mainly related initial liquid distribution general lower higher that occurs. It also indicates degree not too high when evaporator flooded with will cause damage source conclusion situations may superheats overshoots but they affect much steady state operation MPCL.
