摘要: Small cell lung cancer is distinguished from other histologic types by possessing a variety of neuroendocrine properties. Anti-Leu-7 monoclonal antibody that recognizes 110,000-dalton molecular weight glycoprotein initially described on natural killer cells and subsequently reported normal malignant neural types. We have found intense anti-Leu-7 binding to large number small cancers, while were negative or showed only weak focal binding. Other antigens expressed cells, lymphocytes, monocytes never less often cells. In addition, we report for the first time carcinoids, carotid body tumors, pheochromocytomas, endocrine fetal bronchus adult intestine, select pancreatic islet consistent with derivation pulmonary precursor staining clinically useful identification human tumors amine uptake decarboxylation (“APUD”) type.
