摘要: Like other intra-articular fractures, the tibial plateau fracture is challenging for orthopedic surgeons because of its severity trauma, associated soft tissue injuries. Open reduction incurs serious complications, especially wound healing after traditional dissections. Unsatisfactory results often occur in complex or bicondylar fractures. Traditional surgical methods achieved satisfactory 70-80% cases. However, these have a high incidence complications including loss reduction, infection, and septic arthritis. The advantages arthroscopy-assisted internal fixation include direct visualization fracture, accurate reduced morbidity. It straightforward diagnosis treatment meniscal ligamentous injuries, removal loose fragments. Good early to medium-term arthroscopically assisted osteosynthesis fractures been reported. author reviews current principles, pitfalls, approaches, clinical results, arthroscopyassisted surgery
