Factors influencing the results of open reduction and internal fixation of tibial plateau fractures.

摘要: Forty-three displaced tibial plateau fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation. The classified into four groups, the clinical results evaluated using a standard 100-point knee rating system. average follow-up period after surgery was 2.7 years. Overall there 35 excellent, five good, three fair, no poor results. In of eight knees less than excellent score, due to technique fracture fixation or absence bone graft.
