摘要: Forty-three displaced tibial plateau fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation. The classified into four groups, the clinical results evaluated using a standard 100-point knee rating system. average follow-up period after surgery was 2.7 years. Overall there 35 excellent, five good, three fair, no poor results. In of eight knees less than excellent score, due to technique fracture fixation or absence bone graft. There ten postoperative complications, but only one ultimately affected result. Fourteen patients required removal implants.
