摘要: The activities of ouabain-sensitive (Na-5-) and ouabain-insensitive ATPases were determined in 3.6 mM calcium-containing calcium-free media. Three lens tissue segments studied: the epithelium/capsule segment, anterior cortical segment posterior segment. In presence calcium, Na-K-ATPase activity each was reduced, whereas ATPase increased.
