摘要: The conversion efficiency of a crystalline silicon photovoltaic (PV) module increases as its temperature decreases. Considering this characteristic the PV technology, in study authors analyse use cooled floating modules fraction area occupied by three reservoirs – Castanhao, Oros and Banabuiu Brazilian semi-arid region. Comparing with conventional ground-mounted modules, an average increase 12.5% was measured for under local weather conditions. In second phase, measurements are used input data PVSYST software conjunction spreadsheet construction electricity production scenarios. According to these scenarios, potential mentioned would supply 7.4 18.8% demand Brazil's Ceara state (8.84 million inhabitants) largest city Fortaleza (2.6 inhabitants), respectively.
