摘要: Aim The objective of this research was to determine the species and strains Leucocytozoon caulleryi study phylogenetics L. broiler chickens in endemic areas Indonesia. Materials Methods Blood samples were collected from originated area Indonesia, i.e., Pasuruan, Lamongan, Blitar, Lumajang, Boyolali, Purwokerto, Banjarmasin 2017. Collected blood used for microscopic examination, sequencing using BLAST method identify nucleotide structure cytochrome b (cyt b) gene that determines species, analysis infected Mega 5 software.
