摘要: This study describes an experimental investigation into improving the detectability of self-resonant structures. Passive structures have been used as alternative to active devices in many applications including radio-frequency identification (RFID) due their long lifetime and low manufacturing cost. They can be store information terms presence or absence resonance peaks at a given frequency window. work investigates practical validation gain enhancement techniques, aiming improve characteristics passive RFID tags increase read range allow them operate highly lossy mediums. Two resonator designs are studied: uniform cross-shaped folded (gammadion) cross having physical aperture 45% less than that cross. Arrays elements structure. Measurement settings also investigated order achieve higher levels detectability.
