摘要: We present a new method which allows resistance measurements in selected cell monolayer areas with size of less than one mm2. Up to now cell-covered macroscopic filters up 5 cm2 have been used giving reliable results only the absence inhomogeneities or contaminating cells. The measuring device is posed on microscope optic allow an optical characterization area and enables us scan filter. This has applied determine reversible modulation tightness intercellular contacts between epithelial endothelial cells culture. Tight junction modulated by Ca2+ basic amino acids cultured porcine cerebral microvascular that represent blood-brain barrier.
