摘要: A controlled-release device that responds to a specific molecular signal is an ideal goal in drug delivery and tissue engineering. recognition ion gating membrane, which copolymer of N-isopropylacrylamide benzo[18]-crown-6-acrylamide was grafted onto the surface porous polyethylene film, used control permeability vitamin B12 lysozyme response signal. The observed depended on amount copolymer. When grafting ratio below 15%, membrane pores opened by Ca2+ closed Ba2+. model drugs became higher opening pores. On other hand, when above properties changed. lower due dehydration opposite responses were at different ratios.
