摘要: Abstract Introduction The objective of this study was to determine the predictors and patterns regional recurrence (RR) following stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) for primary lung cancers. Material Methods Details patient factors, treatment, outcome factors were extracted from a multi-institutional (5) database. All events calculated end radiotherapy. Estimates local recurrence, RR, distant metastases (DM) using competing risk method. Cause-specific overall survival Kaplan-Meier locations number simultaneous RRs categorized by lymph node anatomic station. Results A total 734 patients analyzed. median follow-up 3.0 years in surviving patients. Four hundred seventy-six (65%) had pathologic proof disease. There 64 with RR. 2-year rates 5.6%, 9.0%, 14.6% respectively. cause-specific 89.9% 63.7%, 136 sites 21 recurrences stations 4R (15.4%), 9 (6.6%) 4L, 30 (22%) 7, 19 (13.9%) 10R, 14 (10.3%) 10L. most common isolated (n = 19) station 7 5; 26.3%) 10R 6; 31.6%).
