摘要: Metalworking fluids (MWFs) are needed to cool, lubricate and remove chips from the processing zone. In most cases, finite resource mineral oil is raw material for those MWFs. The use of based MWFs in normal high performance metal often associated with functional, economic environmental disadvantages. A possible sustainable alternative can be polymers diluted water, but decisive factor ability achieve similar or better process performances than conventional This paper investigates technological suitability a MWF on comparison abrasive machining processes.
