The latter include water, food, energy, metal ores, industrial minerals, wood. Within this framework, it necessary adapt well local regional conditions brought anthropogenic hazards, health threats epidemic or pandemic reach, social such conflicts driven religious ethnic fanaticism, tribalism clan ties.
