摘要: The place for operation and radiation therapy in the management of brain metastases is reviewed from experience 1895 patients treated two studies Radiation Therapy Oncology Group. Operative removal may be benefit to with solitary peripheral lesions non-critical locations. Operation also appropriate when diagnosis doubt. steroid multiple or where operative intervention not reasonable. Short course low-dose treatment has been as beneficial more aggressive prolonged therapy.
