摘要: The fine structure of chloroplast development is described for isolated roots Convolvulus arvensis. Stages in the transition from leucoplast, characteristic dark-grown roots, to chloroplast, found light-grown are defined and related chlorophyll content root tissue. interdependence tissue type organellogenesis has been investigated three tissues primary root: cortical parenchyma, pericycle stelar parenchyma Plastids cells all follow same sequence development, although rate dependent on type.
