摘要: Biological research increasingly demands the use of non-invasive and ultra-sensitive imaging techniques. The Airyscan technology was recently developed to bridge gap between conventional confocal super-resolution microscopy. This technique combines with a 0.2 Airy Unit pinhole, deconvolution pixel-reassignment principle in order enhance both spatial resolution signal-to-noise-ratio without increasing excitation power acquisition time. Here, we present detailed study evaluating performance as compared microscopy by variety reference samples biological specimens different processing parameters. We found that processed images at default settings have similar pinhole setting Units, but significantly improved signal-to-noise-ratio. Further gains could be achieved enhanced filter settings, steady loss signal-to-noise ratio, which more extreme resulted significant data image distortion.
