Ginkgo biloba Extract in the Therapy of Erectile Dysfunction

摘要: Ginkgo biloba extract derives from the leaves of tree, grown in Korea, Japan, and France. It contains a reproduceable composition flavonoids terpenoids with complex effects on blood viscosity, prostanoid production, platelets, endothelial functions. Fifty patients proved arterial erectile impotence were treated 240 mg by oral application for 9 months. In contrast to previous studies treatment regimens failure, objective response criteria added subjective success parameters: All who had achieved sufficient erections intracavernous drug before regained spontaneous after 6 months demonstrated improved penile flow rates rigidity.
