摘要: The present study aimed to investigate the expression of microRNA (miRNA or miR)-186 in tumor tissue, blood and urine from patients with bladder cancer. mechanism by which miR-186 regulates invasion metastasis cancer was also assessed. A total 76 who underwent surgical resection tissues between August 2012 January 2016 were included study. Blood samples collected another 66 healthy subjects. Expression vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGF-C) mRNA measured using reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Western blot analysis performed assess VEGF-C protein tissues. content an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. To identify direct interaction mRNA, a dual luciferase reporter assay performed. findings demonstrated that tissues, upregulated. enhanced. elevated, consistent results for mRNA. reduced urine. Dual regulated binding its 3'-untranslated region. Therefore, indicate is upregulated cancer, while downregulated these samples. potentially via VEGF-C, may become gene marker future.
