摘要: High-resolution magnetograms place an upper limit of 0.33 arcsec on the smallest magnetic-field structures. These show that active-region field is organized into roughly cellular patterns 2-3 in diameter and structures occur centers 'abnormal' granules. Comparison these data other with high signal-to-noise ratio indicates there exists another component diffuse scale arc second has a maximum strength less than 500 gauss.
