摘要: Chitin deacetylases including CDA1 and CDA2, containing a chitin deacetylase domain an LDL domain, have been reported to be essential for cuticle structure differentiation in different insect species. However, it is yet unexplored whether CDA2 activity needed the function of as barrier against pathogen xenobiotics penetration. In this study, we studied efficiency fungal infection migratory locust Locusta migratoria dependence LmCDA1 LmCDA2 function. Second instar nymphs injected with dsRNA transcripts were less resistant by fungus Metarhizium anisopliae than control nymphs. At same time, permeability organophosphorus pesticides was increased these Interestingly, CHC amounts at surface unaffected upon reduction. These results suggest that not only depends on CHCs, but also intact procuticle.
