摘要: RNA viruses are known to replicate by low fidelity polymerases and have high mutation rates whereby the resulting virus population tends exist as a distribution of mutants. In this review, we aim explore how genetic events such spontaneous mutations could alter genomic organization in way that they impact replications plaque morphology. The phenomenon quasispecies within viral is also discussed reflect virulence its implications for viruses. An understanding occur will provide further evidence about whether there molecular determinants morphology or different phenotypes arise due presence population. Ultimately review gives an insight into intrinsically error responsible variation diversity virulence. This can be useful tool characterizing mechanisms facilitate adaptation evolution.
