摘要: In comparison with terrestrial and freshwater ecosystems, information about speciation modes the role of selection in marine environments is scarce. Recent studies have indicated that spectral adaptation could play an important diversification species flocks. Natural influences specific amino acids (AAs) are involved tuning mechanism visual pigment genes. To study wider occurrence characteristics radiations, a reinterpretation rhodopsin (RH1) data American seven-spined gobies (genus Elacatinus; Gobiidae; Teleostei) was carried out. Reanalysis revealed some AAs, which well known literature as sites, variable Elacatinus. Those crucial AA substitutions originated polyphyletically, indicating convergent evolution within genus Moreover, statistical tests based on dN/dS ratio detected several phylogenetic lineages at AAs. Many these AAs were previously shown to be under other radiations. Therefore, current approach provided extended list probably tuning, should validated by mutagenic experiments.
