摘要: The Fano resonance photoemission studies of Gd/(Pb,Gd)Te layers using synchrotron radiation were carried out and the electronic structure parameters like binding energies Gd 4f 5p shells, antiresonance for determined. presence Eu ions was observed in (Pb,Eu)Te (Eu,Gd)Te grown by MBE technique. comparison data (Pb,Gd)Te compound with corresponding indicates that we are not able to distinct Eu4f Gd4f electrons contribution valence band spectra because small content od similar energy values. key allowing prove exactly either or which significantly different these equal 143 eV/137 eV 150 eV/142 eV, respectively.
