摘要: Adenocarcinoma of lung has high incidence and a poor prognosis, woith chemotherapy as the main therapeutic tool, most commonly with cisplatin. However, resistance develops in majority patients during clinic treatment. Mechanisms are complex still unclear. Although annexin play important roles various tumor mechanisms, their actions cisplatin-resistant adenocarcinoma remain Preliminary studies by our group found that cancer A549 cells tissues, both mRNA protein expression annexins A1, A2 A3 is increased. Using library targeting combined molecules already established ourselves we specific decreased cisplatin-resistance. Taken together, underlined effects on drug suggest molecular mechanisms vivo vitro. Furthermore, study points to improved research occurrence development adenocarcinoma, provision effective targets programmes for therapy clinic.
