摘要: After administration (1 g/kg every other day for a total of five injections) Triton WR-1339, the tonic, anterior (ALD) and phasic, posterior (PLD) latissimus dorsi muscles chicken underwent distinct pathological modifications. Some morphological alterations in paralleled those seen after chloroquine, increased autophagic vacuole formation ALD muscle swelling sarcoplasmic reticulum PLD muscle, but changes were unique to WR-1339. These included loss myofilaments whole myofibrils, indentation sarcolemma as well numbers ribosomes T-tubular system muscle. results are compared with lysosome mediated pathologies, myopathies.
