摘要: Abstract One of the major changes in hepatocyte morphology resulting from Triton WR-1339 treatment is an apparent increase autophagy. There a rapid response with autophagic vacuole formation involving Golgi apparatus and smooth endoplasmic reticulum occurring within 1 hr post-injection. Positive cytochemical localization several lysosomal hydrolases confirmed nature these structures. Between 6 12 post-injection there was proliferation acid phosphatase aryl sulfatase positive myelin figures cytoplasm. By had diminished by day obvious reduction figures. Morphological observations suggested that this might occur clearance at plasmalemma or fusion filled lysosomes. Myelin were observed decreasing frequency through 5 days which time lysosomes predominated.
