摘要: The interpretation of the temperature relationships ectothermic animals has already run through two phases and we now appear to be experiencing beginning a third. In first phase ectotherms were regarded as being at mercy environment, an best expressed by Krogh’s so-called “normal curve” (Krogh, 1914). second phase, dating from about 1936 (Fox, 1936; Sparck, Thorson, Schlieper, 1950; Precht et al., 1955; Bullock, Prosser, 1958), emphasis was placed upon homeostatic character metabolic processes. And now, in third metabolism such organisms is seen considerably more complicated: various ranges are thought associated with different systemic states, involving, some extent, specific ionic distributions well alternative enzyme patterns.
