摘要: 1) Morphological observations were made on 21 cholera patients who autopsied soon after death. Since 19 of the cases those dying within 41 hours onset, changes with time in early stage studied.2) Small intestinal mucosal abnormalities are represented by acute inflammatory reactions and subsequent atrophic alteration villous architecture. In these changes, increased reproduction epithelial cells crypts stimulus seems to play an important role.3) Increased secretion excretory glands was seen goblet small large intestines, Paneth's intestine, bronchi aspiration gastric content. pancreatic juice bile also observed.4) It is speculated that toxin absorbed intestine or some stimulating substance produced intestine. This suggested a) mesenteric lymphnodes spleen, b) fatty liver kidney, c) exocrine system.5) The death may be attributed cardiac failure swelling brain resulting from dehydration. Respiratory disturbance due content should considered. Renal disease mild consequent renal could have been prevented proper transfusion.
