摘要: Abstract The effects of progesterone and/or 17β-estradiol on thymidine kinase activity and autoradiograms were investigated in immature rats. Thymidine increased more than thirtyfold above the control level 30 hours after injection. enzyme induced by was suppressed progesterone, dose which approximately 1,000-fold that 17β-estradiol. specific isozyme, separated from 17β-estradiol-induced uterine diethylaminoethyl (DEAE) cellulose column chromatography not affected deoxycytidine triphosphate, involved DNA replication inhibited progesterone. autoradiogram revealed many grains due to 3 H-thymidine endometrial epithelium, stroma, myometrium rat injection, whereas reduced remarkably number epithelium. Progesterone seems inhibit increment isozyme
