摘要: Methods and compounds for selective cleavage of nucleic acid are described. The generally contain three functionalities: (1) an oligonucleoside portion which is substantially complementary to at least a the target acid, thereby providing selectivity compound; (2) non-complementary replaces one otherwise-complementary nucleoside bases in serves place strand into conformation that favors phosphodiester linkage opposite portion; (3) moiety possesses or more preferably two features (a) proton donation, (b) acceptance, (c) hydrogen bonding, (d) charge neutralization (e) Lewis acidity. These may be used study treatment diseases involving foreign genetic materials alterations inappropriate expression genomic DNA.
