摘要: A cosmetic composition is provided which includes a starch, cationic copolymer having monomer unit acryloylethyl tri(C 1 -C 3 alkyl)ammonium salt, and cosmetically acceptable carrier. The compositions are used to impart radiance with soft focus effect onto skin. Most preferred as the acrylamide/acryloylethyl trimethylammonium chIoride/tris(hydroxy methyl) acrylamidomethane copolymer.
