摘要: The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions for topical application comprising a safe and effective amount of active, from about 0.1 % 10.0 high molecular weight cationic polymer, 0.05 5 HLB non-ionic surfactant, 25 an alkoxylated ether. In further embodiments, these also comprise 0.01 low non-toxic surfactant.
