摘要: Abstract A series of novel, highly functionalized indolylpyrans has been synthesized via InCl 3 catalyzed microwave irradiation 3-cyanoacetylindoles, aromatic aldehydes with NMSM under solvent- free condition. Further, the azidoindolylpyrans undergo [3+2] cycloaddition reaction different phenyl acetylenes to give indolyltriazolylpyran hybrids in excellent yields. This domino transformation, generating C C, O, N, and N bonds a stereo center minimum steps. In particular attractive feature this approach is synthesis three important bioactive heterocyclic frameworks, indole–pyran–triazole hybrids, mild conditions, making novel strategy useful our diversity oriented (DOS).
