摘要: This paper presents the SCORE (Student Coding Observation and Recording Engine) software package designed to capture analyse student coding processes. The consists of an Eclipse [1] plug-in gather observational data while students code a programming task, analysis tool that allows researchers visualise, categorise annotate changes in code. Because supports text level it enables more in-depth understanding problem solving approaches than meta-data or program output tools. also provides features assist Computer Graphics programs. An example student's assignments demonstrates how was used reveal dominant role general issues early assignment, whereas spatial persisted throughout both assignments.
