摘要: The unusual association of a giant extracranial vertebral artery pseudoaneurysm, intracranial aneurysms, and carotid occlusion in woman with neurofibromatosis is presented. Pain as result expansion the mass soft tissue neck led to her seeking evaluation. Herniation intraspinally between occiput C-1 resulted myelopathy. Following balloon artery, associated symptoms resolved without need for direct resection. salient features these unusually problems are discussed.
