摘要: The relationship between electric and mechanical activities of the gastric antrum was investigated in both humans dogs. In 2 patients, whom platinum monopolar electrodes were implanted on serosal surface a perfused manometric tube placed stomach, number contractions detected by manometry only less than 50% pacesetter potentials accompanied action or second potentials. No contraction stomach recorded when occurred without further 11 anesthetized dogs prepared with sensitive ministrain gauges an intragastric tube. these dogs, phasic always method using although electrical activity showed PSPs manometry, however, could not recognize contractions. When stimulated bethanechol infusion through splenic artery, as human strain gauge recording. dysrhythmia including tachygastria, tachyarrhythmia, bradygastria induced 10 epinephrine, 100 micrograms X kg-1 h-1, infused via artery. During period dysrhythmia, disappeared no associated potential be observed. reappeared long regularly frequency 4-5 cycles/min during either control epinephrine infusion. epinephrine-induced blocked reversed to normal intraarterial phentolamine. Our study suggests following: (1) pace direct contraction, but they may also play role genesis (2) are intraluminal and, thus, humans.
