摘要: AbstractThis study presents a literature review of 107 papers on lean healthcare to evaluate its evolution by updating previous reviews and propose classification analysis the reviewed. The was performed based six parameters: research method, country, area, implementation, tools methods results. From performed, this paper quantitative state art concerning indicates current trends, stage that may guide further studies subject. An example is expansion other countries, such as Brazil Netherlands. Another aspect application in hospital whole, not limited specific setting. Finally, few detail implementation process use infrequently applied tools, present barriers main critical factors found implementation.
