摘要: PURPOSE To introduce sub-adventitial divestment technique (SDT), a procedure to remove the tumor while preserving artery during curative pancreatectomy. Peri-operative safety profile was also evaluated. METHODS In single center consecutive series of pancreatectomy for pancreatic cancer, outcome patients who had with SDT compared standard surgery. RESULTS From June 2014 2016, 72 and 235 Tumor stage T4 in all (100%) tumors removed using four (2%) (p < 0.001). All group were III 24 (10%) surgery Both groups high proportion poorly differentiated (52 (72%) 163 (69%) respectively) perineural invasion (62 (86%) 186 (79%) respectively). R1 (< 1 mm) found 28 group, (60%) out 120 (p = 0.01). Complications occurred 29 (40%) 88 (37%) group. The in-hospital mortality (6%) one (0.4%) (p = 0.01), 90-day 5 (8%)/60 6 (3%)/209 (p = 0.07) respectively. CONCLUSIONS appeared be an effective surgical artery. This approach warrants further validation prospective studies.
