摘要: The optical absorption spectra of iron borate FeBO3 were measured in diamond anvil cells at high pressures up to P=82 GPa. electronic transition with an abrupt jump the edge from ∼3 0.8 eV was observed P≈46 resistance and its temperature dependence directly for 140 It established that GPa accompanied by insulator-semiconductor transition. In high-pressure phase, thermoactivation gap decreases smoothly 46
